No BS here – just delicious gin cocktails for any occasion

Who doesn’t enjoy a cheeky cocktail with their bubble or with friends over a zoom call during lockdown? We certainly do! So, we’ve teamed up with our friends at Bombay Sapphire to share some super easy, delicious Gin cocktails that you can make at home. The best bit is they are all 1 standard drink or less so you can enjoy your night and feel fresh the next morning.

Green Apple & Thyme G&T Twist

1 Std Drink – therefore it will take approx. 1 hour for your liver to process the alcohol in this drink

INGREDIENTS:

  • 30ml Bombay Sapphire Gin
  • 100ml Premium Tonic Water (Chilled)
  • 3 Large Slices of Green Apple
  • 3 Fresh Thyme Sprigs

BUILD METHOD:

  • Place freshly cut green apple slices & sprigs of thyme into the bottom of a balloon glass.
  • Add Bombay Sapphire and swirl, allowing the flavours to subtly infuse.
  • Fully fill the glass with cubed ice & top with chilled tonic water.
  • Gently stir to combine and finish with an apple slice and sprig of thyme before serving.

Gin Spritz

0.8 Std Drinks – therefore it will take approx. 48mins for your liver to process the alcohol in this drink

INGREDIENTS:

  • 25ml Bombay Sapphire Gin
  • 15ml Bitters
  • 15ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Honey Syrup (3 Parts Honey / 1 Part Water)
  • 125ml Premium Tonic Water (Chilled)
  • ½ Orange Wheel

BUILD METHOD:

  • Pour all ingredients, except for the tonic, into a large wine glass.
  • Fill your glass to the top with cubed ice.
  • Top with chilled tonic water and gently stir to integrate the flavours.
  • Finish with half an orange wheel as a garnish before you serve.

Bramble & Tonic

0.9 Std Drinks – therefore it will take approx. 54 mins for your liver to process the alcohol in this drink

INGREDIENTS:

  • 30ml Bombay Bramble
  • 120ml Premium tonic water
  • Lemon Wedge

BUILD METHOD:

  • Build over cubed ice.
  • Squeeze and drop in lemon wedge.
  • Enjoy!
